I did a lot of research beforehand and really found this to be the best wooden playhouse in terms of quality for the cost. We are very pleased! I built it alone and it took under 30 minutes to assemble. Conveniently, the screws were all separated and labeled. The interior measures 42"x42". I built a 4'x7' platform for it to sit on so that it could have a "porch" as well. The photos are taken in front of a 6' fence. So, while we have to duck, the house is large enough for (2) 5'2" adults to sit while a 2.5 yr old plays.
