Lots of replay value. I use this game for a board games group in a mental health recovery centre where i work. It is a firm favourite. As well as a lot of fun, the game encourages roleplaying and helps promote self-esteem, communication and social skills, tactical thinking and social engagement. The deluxe version only contains one standard seer whereas the standard game has two - one male and one female - but this is minor and not a deal breaker. Most of the cards and roles are not used as we usually only play with 5-7 players and some of the roles are rather weak or too powerful in small groups. The favourite 5 player combination at the moment is: Seer, Werewolf, Bodyguard and 2 Masons. I would definitely recommend this game. Technically you don't need bespoke cards, you could use playing cards to represent roles, but it is much nicer and a lot easier to teach new players using the specific cards so worth buying just for that.
