We mix it up about one scoop to 2 quarts so it's not too strong for everyday drinking, and about a scoop to a liter for workouts and it's just been great to use as a non stimulant pre-workout, post workout, and general recovery drink. Our favorite flavors are Grape, Blue Raspberry, and Mango, but the Watermelon is also not bad. Great product, and Amazon has it for a great price. Our soda intake has dropped 95% since we started working out regularity and drinking BCAAs instead of sugary drinks.
