JoJo & Friends Electronic Talking Hide 'Em and Find 'Em Easter Egg Hunt (Single Unit, Colors may vary)

I bought this egg for my 2 year old grandson. He loves it! He laughs and talks to it while he is playing with it. It is very interactive. He will ask "Are you hiding?" in response to the egg talking. When he finds it, he laughs and says "I found you!". It is so adorable to watch. As the title says this is a single unit of one egg so I knew that when I purchased it. I almost did not purchase it due to the amount of negative reviews. I always read the reviews before buying something. I decided to risk it because it just seemed so cute. I am so glad I bought it. Seeing the enjoyment my grandson has when playing with it is worth the price of the egg. I did not have any of the problems some of the other reviewers had concerning the battery or the egg not working. I would definitely buy this product again.

Not my daughter's favorite toy. The idea behind it is fun. But it doesn't automatically turn off, and it doesn't take much to turn it on. Just a little tiny, tap from another toy in the toy box and it starts going...so we keep it separate from the rest of the toys for that reason.

My 47 year old blind "kid" and his wife, also blind, had a blast hunting these eggs. It was not their first experience. David and Dawn are responsible adults who have fun with holidays. I saved one for my 6 year old granddaughter and she also had fun with her talking egg from the Easter Bunny! Expensive? I guess, but so are a lot of other things that do not provide as much joy. I would recommend them.

I thought that this was cute when I saw it online, but I was not pleased when I received it. I thought that it would come with at least two, but you only get one egg. I also thought that it was on a timer to talk or it had a motion sensor. Nope. You have to push the button to get it to talk. If is also pretty hard to put any amount of candy in it. It was just not what i expected when I purchased it.

Overall a fantastic toy. Just what I expected. I bought 3 single eggs and one of the three came with dead batteries.... Even though it says you can't change the batteries, you can - You have to be very careful of the wires and remember where everything goes... It takes 3 LR44 style batteries or the equivalent Energizer 357 (they come conveniently in a 3 pack). I had bought these way in advance for a birthday and by the time I realized the problem, I didn't want the hassle of returning so late in the game...

I bought one of these in the UK years ago which finally ran out so when I couldn't get a replacement here I thought I'd try the US and I wasn't disappointed as it came in under a week with great tracking service. The egg is great as you turn it on, hide it in lego toys, curtains, in boxes, fridge etc and every once in a while it will shout cooey...... Over here...... Im still hiding........ It's fab fun watching them and if it's raining you can do the egg hunt inside and can always hide in garden if nice. Def recommend for a quiet life! Mine have played with it since they were young and even at 9&11 they still love it!!!

It ALMOST works. Years ago, I bought one of these from a store. I have a 20 month old now, and I thought she would love this toy. It does everything it says it is supposed to, except when you open it. It is supposed to congratulate you for finding it, as it explains in the directions. My old one said "Hooray! You found me!". This one just continues to say "I'm hiiiiiiiidiiiiiiiiing." So, it is a bit disappointing.

This toy is cute and fun. One person hides it and pushes the button and it starts calling out things like "Yoo hoo! I'm hiding!" It's a fun way for young kids to be able to have an informal Easter egg hunt. It's nice for young ones too as the sounds it makes helps to motivate and assist their search. My 4 year old and 2 year old enjoy it. It's probably a better toy for the 4 year old. I do need to assist them a little with hiding it or they lose interest quickly but that is probably related to the young age of my 2 year old son. Reasonable value for the price, in my opinion. Be aware that the order is for only one egg (which for our purposes was enough).
