Six boxes per case. Each box has 9 cookies.

What is the shelf life of the product? How far out will the expiration date be from the date of purchase?

I bought a box of the Walker's Gluten-Free Shortbread at my grocery store the last week of October 2016 and the expiration date was August 2017, so about 10 months from my date of purchase. It depends on how old the stock is, of course. I don't know when the store put it on the shelf.
