This no-touch forehead thermometer is a really useful gadget to have at home, particularly if you have children. Taking someone’s temperature can sometimes be difficult when they are asleep, upset or simply don’t want a traditional thermometer used, so being able to check their temperature without touching them makes the process much easier. The thermometer is very straightforward to use. You simply point it at the forehead and press the button, and it gives a reading on the LCD display within seconds. There is no need to wait around, which is particularly useful when you are checking a temperature more than once or trying to keep an eye on someone who isn’t feeling well. The no-touch function is probably my favourite feature. It means you don’t have to clean and reuse a thermometer that has been in contact with someone’s skin, and it is much less intrusive. It is especially handy for babies and young children because you can take a reading without waking them up or disturbing them too much. I can also see it being useful for adults, particularly when someone is feeling particularly unwell and doesn’t want to be bothered. The LCD display is clear and easy to read, which is important when you’re checking a temperature quickly. The numbers are large enough to see easily, even in lower lighting, and the thermometer itself is compact enough to keep in a bedside drawer or medicine cupboard without taking up much room. Another advantage is how quick it is to use. When you’re worried about someone having a temperature, the last thing you want is to spend ages setting up a device. This is essentially point, press and read, making it convenient for everyday use. It is also useful for keeping track of temperature over time, as you can take readings regularly without much disruption. Overall, I am very pleased with this thermometer. It is quick, simple and much less intrusive than traditional thermometers, and the clear LCD display makes the results easy to read. The thermometer we have been using at home has been with us for long time so this had big shoes to fill. The thermometer is easy to set up and read. The instructions are clear and not many anyway. It is comfortable and non invasive and provides accurate reading every time. My previous thermometer was bulky and i love this one for its simplicity and sleek design. I have even used it for multi purposes and in my workshop as well so it has helped me in other ways as well. For this price it is an excellent item that can be used in a variety of ways.

We already have an in-ear infrared thermometer, but I prefer this forehead version — especially for my toddler. It’s so much easier to get a quick reading without having to disturb her or try to keep her still, it’s been a big help during those restless nights when I need to check a temperature quickly. Cons: • Doesn’t include a pouch or case, which would be handy for storage and travel. • Batteries not included. • Needs to be held quite close to the forehead for accurate readings, so it’s not truly “from a distance.” Overall, this forehead thermometer has become my go-to, especially for checking my toddler at night. It feels reliable, simple to use, and much more convenient than my in-ear one. Would recommend.

Useful thing to own, I had an old under the tongue thermometer and the battery kept running out. The Infrared Forehead Thermometer is far more advanced and I can check my temperature in a few seconds now, instead having to search for my old one, concerned that I might have a high temperature. It can also be used get the temperature of other objects.

Top! -) Batteriehaltedauer Die Batterie in dem Gerät hält sehr lange – faktisch haben wir diese bei unserem Gerät noch nicht wechseln müssen. -) Fazit Es handelt sich um ein tolles Gerät mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, welches insbesondere für Schnellmessungen hervorragend geeignet ist. Für genaue Messungen – wenn bspw. feststeht, dass Fieber vorliegt, verwenden wir ein anderes Thermomeer (kein Infrarot). In Summe klar Daumen hoch!
