Worked to build a nice 2 into 1 exhaust system
I have an '81 F150 with a transplanted 460 in it. Since the truck has a drivers side mounted gas tank, both exhaust run down the passenger side. It had 2 1/4" duals with glasspacks. I sawed off the glasspacks and installed this Y connector. I had to use a 3" to 3" connector to connect my 3" muffler to the Y, then just put on a 3" tailpipe and several hangers and it was done. There is little if any performance loss. The truck is my daily driver and I wanted it quieter. This Y was the answer. It appears well made, good welds, etc. and the price was right. The sound is great, hope it lasts for awhile....

Allowed me to install dual exhaust tips.
Good finish and welding. Anyways, I gave it a goad high temperature ceramic coating just to give it an extra protection. Installed the adapter at the very end of the exhaust and added two tips. Great looks and it is just what we wanted.

Instead of using it for exhaust.. I used it for a Y splitter on vacuum hoses.. perfect fit
