I've tried similar-looking pillows that helped, but eventually they would go flat or be too soft to provide any support. This cushion is firm but not uncomfortable for me, and the shape is perfect when I lean back against it. It hasn't shown any signs of losing its shape and the cover is a soft mesh material. It's definitely made a difference with relieving the low back pain and my posture has also improved.The cushion came in its own bag with easy to follow instructions and two extra straps. The pictures also showed an example of good posture and where the cushion should sit on a chair. It took less than five minutes to attach the cushion to my desk chair, and after messing with the straps I got it to stay in place. The cushion has a zipper on the back so you could remove it for washing, though I haven't felt the need to and it might be a hassle to get the cover back on.The only issue I've had was getting the cushion to stay in place when I put it on my chair, but messing with the straps easily fixed this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update on lower back lumbar support cushion *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 15, 2018* June 19, 2019Update on how well this cushion is working. Still very happy with how it helps with the low back problems. The foam core has held up very well.However--what I am not happy with is that the side stitching (where the straps are sewn in) have come open on one side.This is really odd because I have never used the strap function. All I have done is placed the support cushion in my chair and leaned against it. So why would the side seam come open?I can only assume the stitching was not done well--the fabric seems to not have been sufficiently sewn together. (I'm reporting this in June 2019--and I noticed this problem at least six months ago. The good thing is it hasn't gotten any larger--hence my conclusion it was a problem of quality control on the stitching.)Original Review:I have severe low back problems, making sitting in most recliners and sofas painful after a while. Decided to try this low back cushion, paired with the Agllux Memory Foam Orthopedic Pillow.What a difference! Should have done it sooner. Tried a lot of back rests, to try to achieve low back support but hadn't added the orthopedic pillow. This combination does the trick.
