Cuts through years of moss growth no bother!
Initially was totally disappointed that it was under powered, only to find that my own electric plug safety adapter needed reset. Thankfully after correcting this, I was able to easily wash our outside concrete clean from years of moss growth. Actually the hardest bit was shovelling the moss into our compost bin.The only thing I would improve is to provide "product set up diagrams" in the manual - giving a step by step guide or possibly even a recorded demo. As a power washer newbie I had to closely pick through the current written details very carefully several times or look at calling the customer service number instead. Which took time. BTW be careful to recognise dirt from actually washing off masonry paint, as I did here in my photos! Oops!I also liked that this product thoughtfully provides a karcher k series adapter which is particularly helpful when getting any accessories.Still have plenty more outside cleaning jobs to do here, but I think this power washer is going to be a real game changer!

Not the greatest
Trying to use for the first time. The instructions are almost useless. Attachments don’t fit together, there is no Karcher adaptor as advertised and a bot to ‘answer your questions’ which is also of no help whatsoever. Will ring the firm that sells it on Monday and hope to speak to a human .

Good washer
Apart from the wheel to roll up the hose which causes kinks so I don’t bother winding it back on this is an excellent washer good power does the snow foam brilliant

Powerful jet wash
The jet wash is lightweight and Powerful I am very pleased with it's performance downside I thought the pipe was attached to the machine and you just winded up when you finished but it's not what you have to disconnect it then wrap it round the holder it's not a pull off and use
