Not as painful as some head said, it does take a little to get use to but don't let the "Painful" reviews scare you off. In my opinion, if you're planning to use these as walking around for a period of time, don't. You can move around the house comfortably workout too much discomfort. The best time to use these it's when you're watching TV, reading or just doing nothing rotating your feet on the massagers as long as you want. You determine the pressure you press down on.

It's an ok product

I have a condition which causes daily pain in my heel, but wearing these sandals 20 minutes a day has actually made the pain go away. If I forget to wear the sandals a few days in a row, the pain comes back, so use them every day. It did hurt the first day, but gets more tolerable every time you wear them.

Well packed delivered and excellent quality product

Good quality. The level of pain is a reflection of your overall health, so different people have different sensations. I was able to wear it for an extended period of time after receiving the product (30-45 minutes of doing household chores). It does hurt, but it wasn’t intolerable for me. If it is for you, then you need to go easy on it, wear thick socks as recommended by the manufacturer, start by standing still for a minute or two. Again if your body is overall healthy, you shouldn’t have an excruciating amount of pain and discomfort in wearing these. My legs feel warm after taking these off and I truly believe it improves your blood circulation. Good product overall.

So far so good! The first two days I could only use them for two minutes, but today (after five or six days of trying them) I could walk around much easier for twenty minutes with them on. My feet and lower legs feel more warm and alive. The skin on my lower legs has gotten more colour and no longer looks grey. I think that this buy might prove to be one of the healthiest decisions I have made lately.
