I like that it's vegan, has no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives; has no wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, shellfish/fish. Just be sure to eat it with food. Every single time I've eaten it without any food, I get nauseous for about 20 minutes.

Taking for 3 weeks now. It is definitely working, can feel the difference. Maybe what I've been missing. Read that zinc helps with those who workout and exercise a lot.
