Great beets!!
Absolutely fabulous beets. Well cooked, tender but not mushy, completedly peeled and trimmed, naturally sweet and can be used for any type of dish, hot or cold. Vac packed and shelf stable. IMO these are worth their price and absolutely delicious.

Good At First, Later Orders, Not so Much
When I first ordered this product, it was really nice, cooked and peeled clean. The last two orders were not only higher in price, but they were barely peeled and still had parts of the roots attached and the leaf pieces at the other end. I had to peel and cut them to make them consumable. I won't be purchasing from this seller again.
