Coloud No 4 In-Ear Headphone, Black/Grey (4091616)

Warning!! The Coloud warranty program sucks!! Be ware of it. I got it in Dec and then product have problem in March. I thought it was still under warranty and then this headphone was recommended me by my girlfriend who said she has been using it for years without any problem. That is why I purchased it. I lost my first one so that I order second one. I though it will last who knows only use it for 3 months and then problem started. I emailed Coloud to notify them what has happened. !. they wants me to send them photos and proof of purchase. Yes, understandable. I sent them several photos of the product and explained what happened to my headphone. And the a guy emailed me saying that the photos did not show the whole cord and then ask me to send him photos. I did it again, but by this time I am not happy at all. Because how can they not recognize their own produce, plus I sent them proof of purchase from Amazon.com already. Second time after I sent them the whole length of headphone and then several other photos. Later, I have received another long email from this guy :To minimize your inconvenience, we'd like to offer you a modified warranty process for this claim only: please take a pair of scissors and cut up the cable into various pieces. Please provide a photo that shows the headphones are totally destroyed and there is no possibility of repair or future use. In the photo, please include a piece of paper that has your name, today's date and Coloud Headphones written on it."You know what!! I am a working mom with 2 young kids. I normal don't write review on Amazon.com even though I have purchased Thousand of dollars good on Amazon.com. I don't have time for reviews. But with this company who tried so hard no to realize their warranty. I am just to notify them their bad product. They have to give me so much work for a cheap $20 headphone. I need to put a review to alert everyone who try to buy this product!! Don't buy it! Not even worth ONE star! There is nothing less than ONE STAR. The should receive zero star. Or who ever is working on the warranty process so get fired because this really damage their compay's image. The warranty is pain on the neck. I have never experienced such return, replacement or warranty problem at all. Really......Are they trying to have me give up for replacement by giving me tons of work????

These earphones worked fine for the first two weeks, then I began experiencing an issue where the music would keep pausing and skipping as if the jack was being removed and reinserted within a fraction of a second. This is odd as I've treated my earphones very well.

While I like the general design on construction of the headphones, the sound is really bad; almost like the free headphones that you would get on the airplane. The package advertises full bass sound...it was everything but full bass. I tried the headphones on several different components (mp3 player, iPhone, and laptop) and the result were the same. I had high hopes for these. Now they will just sit in my gym bag as a back-up pair.

I've used the Coloud headphones for many years now. This time, one of the earpieces failed within two weeks. The older style would generally be lost, rather than failing. I'm also not a fan of the new earpiece design, which are side specific.

These had a good sound.I think the main feature was the neat way they roll up.Would not buy again,I think they were a bit overpriced.If u can get them for around ten dollars give them a try.

They are great. I love them.

Straight out of the box I have noise on the cable when moved.Volume wavers seemingly randomly.Seems to introduce a terrible echo on the other end when used for phone calls.

Stopped working properly after around 3 weeks of use - suddenly switches from very quiet to extremely loud without pressing any controls.

Headphones works okay, apart of the remote control, does not skip, does not pause, basically doesn't do anything!!! Using iPhone 6, just in case.

Great headphones!Decent sound and excellent bass. Highly recommended headphones in this price range.

Original Coloud. Definitely a better option to get it here than to pay for Coloud delivery
