Nice radio has no fade function. Good for my RV
Installed in my camper. Good reception. Bluetooth was easy to setup. DVD player works well. Doesn’t come with batteries for remote. Has no fade function. Getting sound to the outside speakers on my camper was a little tricky. Had to use the balance function and make the outside speakers left and inside speakers right.

Bad screen made right!!
Customer service contacted me a year and a half after purchase and offered full refund plus a gift card due to an issue with the product. Honestly, I am in customer service and I am inspired to do better. Thank you for making this right!!

DVD Shuts off after about 15 Minutes
I can't get this thing to play a DVD for more than 15 minutes. I have it in my RV. Going in the trash. You get what you pay for.

Radio won't work
Took the radio to a car audio shop to finally get it install and they told me the buttons were pushed back inside. Unit won't work and they open the new radio box. I'm said about this item I purchased not able to enjoy the features I read.
