I use this as a sitting mat. I keep it out all the time and sit on it instead of the hard floor. It holds up to continuous use and cats. It is comfortable and soft. Definitely recommend this one for sure!

Ive had it for about a year. Pros: - very cushioned -long Cons: -stretches when you do certain poses so you may lose balance. - fingers/toes may get caught on surface material which rips the surface. -mat is starting to break down, so now I have these little foam bits stuck to my pants and all over my floor. It's a decent mat at first, but it will not last long.
