I was magnesium deficient based on lab work when I started taking these. I just had new lab work done since taking these, and my magnesium results were excellent according to the doc, and she was surprised by the quick change in my results. So, these work! They are also easy to swallow, which is a bonus. There are no fillers or artificial ingredients, and they appear to be soy free.

Vitamins came exactly as described. No broken capsules and they weren't stuck together. Have definitely noticed improved energy levels since trying them. 100% would recommend - love the no gimmick approach.

Excellent quality, great price. These have helped tremendously with anxiety, believe it or not.Edit Aug30-Im editing this review because ive recently discovered they have been the source of serious yet vague physical health issues I have been having as of late including, paradoxically, bouts of anxiety, chest tightness and even uncontrollable shaking. I discovered after stopping these supplements these symptoms began to subside however my body has somehow become dependent on them so in the morning and evening i have to take small amounts of this magnesium to prevents shaking and headaches. Ive been able to slowly taper off but I am still not yet free of whatever the hell is in these pills. Im going to have the contents sent to a lab.Im giving it 2 stars because at first it helped tremendously.

I believe these Magnesium Citrate caps are as a high a quality as any you get from your doctor.
