Review is for size: SmallFinally, a true low-rise!! Front rise is about 7.25” inches. The width/waist is about 15.25”-15.5” inches for size S. Low-rise are so hard to find in 2022. Also, it’s hard to find one that’s appropriate to wear. I don’t want my cheeks hanging out. I don’t want a bunch of rips, cutouts, or other sexy/trendy designs. I just want a simple/normal low-rise, not booty shorts! My small booty is covered with this but if you’re blessed in the trunk it might show. They’re real “functional” pockets, however, it’s super shallow. The front pockets will probably fit one lip balm. They’re about 1.5” inches deep. Back pockets are about 3.5” inches deep. The flag colors are more faded in person compared to what you see on the model. I don’t mind. I prefer faded over bold. It recommends dry cleaning but I know I’m not doing that. I’ll let you know after I machine wash this. I’m not sure if it’s my imagination but I think they cut the shorts unevenly. One side seems shorter than the other. You can check that out in my photo. Overall, this isn’t exactly what I am looking for but it’s the best I could find right now. It’s the closest to a normal low-rise denim without being cheeky. I don’t like how it came smelling funky like wet odor or bleach. By the way I am 4’11”, 92 lbs.**If you haven’t already noticed this is low-rise/low-waist. That’s why the width/waist is big compared to other jeans because most pants today are mid to high rise. Those pants are designed to be narrower/slimmer to fit our upper waist/belly. These short shorts sit close to our hip bone so it’s going to be wider.**-95% cotton, 5% Lycra-Made in China

These shorts were way too big on my gf. All the other shorts we ordered were mediums and fit perfectly but these were way too big. Even if she put on a belt it would have scrunched up in the waist and the legs were way too baggy. Also not very short for what we were looking for.
