I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this product! There are BOTH pros and cons to it, but be mindful of the CONS when purchasing this item:Pros:1) Came pre-loaded with Kodi already installed and working2) Cheap price with good specs3) Came with Android 7.1, which has better options than many boxes with Android 64) Also came with Aptoide TV and Terrarium TV pre-installed for the nice, free TV goodies (You can download or sideload these apps on your own)CONS:1) The BIGGEST con for this box is the included REMOTE control. It is the ABSOLUTE WORST remote you will ever try to deal with. It registers about 30% of clicks that you make. Batteries are NOT included with the more. I installed brand new energizer batteries, but despite this, it just did not work well at all. You have to consider these Android boxes use software that is built for an Android phone touch screen, so either a mouse or a much better remote is needed. It will drive you BATTY trying to maneuver to different screens. It is IMPOSSIBLE to use this remote on certain pop up ads that are included in most free apps downloaded from the google play store that you MUST close with a little X at the top corner of the screen. ANY remote that includes only directional arrows will not work to close this type of screen. You will never be able to arrow down with the remote to the location where you close the ad.2) Bluetooth was WEIRD on this device! I tried to attach a Bluetooth keyboard, but it would not register. I had to use a wireless USB keyboard and dongle which takes up a USB slot in order to get it to function with a keyboard. ALSO, when you attempt to connect a Bluetooth device, such as keyboard or headset, it is USELESS, as the screen doesn't display the device name, only the MAC address! Do you know which Mac address your device uses? Good Luck! See attached photos! Get ready to be driven more BATTY here with Bluetooth than when you tried to use the super BAD remote!3) The included HDMI Cable was super SHORT and did not reach from my TV's HDMI port down to the top of my cable box, literally sitting just underneath my TV. I originally read this in another review, but that reviewer failed to mention that the included HDMI cable has a special connector (photo attached) to the box and is not a standard HDMI cable that you can replace. I have many HDMI cables of varying lengths, but don't have any with this special connection or a way to lengthen it4) Many reviewers talk about something called a "Blaze Key" and the great software that it is, and all the free stuff you can watch, BUT guess what? It is not included any longer (received my product on 1/28/18). I emailed the seller to inquire about it and was told that the listing was updated to say that it is no longer included. Weird because software can be downloaded or even sideloaded, but the seller either didn't have access to it or was unwilling to offer it. Either way, be aware that you will NOT be receiving this free software. The seller pointed out to me that they updated the amazon listing to say BlazeKey is NOT included and no longer active, however, the listing also says that "The device has NO 3rd PARTY ADD ONS or REPOS installed as per Amazon's rules", but this isn't true because Kodi was pre-installed (as well as Terrarium and Aptoide) and these are definitely add-ons, so I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to receive or what was going to be pre-installed. See pictures for apps that are pre-installed5) Ethernet didn't work properly. Was having issues playing back recorded TV shows (getting "Too slow to display properly" messages), and wanted to see if it was a WiFi issue. WiFi was connected at 78 Mbps download and 11 Mbps upload (Ethernet SHOULD be around 100 down/12 up). When connected via Ethernet cable directly to the router, speeds went DOWN to between 4-5 Mbps download and 8-10 Mbps upload. (Photo attached). I changed Ethernet cables to be sure it wasn't a cable issue. I did 4 separate tests over a couple hours period of time, and the problem persisted! You can see in the date columns of the test that the Android box changed it's date to 12-31-1969?!? If it is connected to the internet even at really low speeds, why can't it get a proper time and date? I could never resolve this Ethernet issue and went back to WiFi.6) Even with WiFi connected at nearly 80 Mbps down/11 Mbps up, why was this too slow to play a recorded show from a connected PC? Didn't make sense to me! Another CON here! Problems playing a recorded TV show from a local connected network PC. The recording would try to play back, then stutter, then play, the shortly fail with a "too slow" error. You could not watch anything the way it was playing back! Annoying!7) The larger icons on the default app screen can NOT be customized, so you are stuck with Video, Music, My Apps, Netflix and Play Store icons. I asked the seller if I could replace the Music app for the Kodi app, for example, but was told that it was not possible, and it is part of the "launcher". After that, I googled what a launcher is, and found that you CAN change the default launcher, so FYI, if you want to change the look, it IS possible to do so.So unfortunately I would advise you to PASS on buying this product. I spent a lot of time and energy trying to get everything to work, but it just had too many problems to overcome, and returned it for a refund. The device was able to play Netflix and Terrarium TV shows just fine (most of the time), and it did have some great apps pre-installed that I had no idea about, and never heard of, but I would advise you to spend a little more money ($10-$15 more) and get a product with a nicer remote (one that works) or one that already includes a small keyboard/mouse combo (you WILL need it!). I purchased another Android box on Amazon, and have NOT experienced these same issues!I really could not understand how this product had so many 5-star reviews, but I am not certain if those people purchased the product or were given a free or reduced price sample in return for a great review. Just the remote problem alone would be enough for me remove 1 star from the review. It might as well include no remote at all.

If you want a really great tv box, i highly recommend this one. Over the last couple of years I have tried several boxes, which after a while failed to work properly, which in the mean to try and get them to work purchased a blaze key which would make them better but after a while the boxes just wasn't working. Even purchased a couple that wasn't loaded, used the blaze key to get them started, but the boxes failed anyway. But, when I saw that blaze had their own box I thought why not, if they work like the key, they had to have a better box. Well, I have not been disappointed at all, when one of the sites go out or stops working, I go to the blaze key app (of course comes loaded on the box already) and it realigns the working apps and removes those that don't. Oh! and it loads new apps that wasn't loaded before. Really do recommend this one over any other box.

I have 2 Blaze Box's And they both work well considering what they have to do. The biggest problems is they have a tendency to freeze up nd the only solution I found was to pull the power and start over, this goes for both boxes, I haven't figured this out yet and I may have to call for help. Other than a few minor faults such as the remote controls limited and I mean limited range it works well the picture is great and the sound is excellent. The more you use it the better it seems to work, almost like it was learning. Getting rid of cable TV and going to an outside antenna for local That saves me 100 dollars a month, then the phone goes that's another 35 dollars and of course I will keep the high speed cable. More than enough through the blaze box and you can select what you watch, because there is nothing on cable tv. Another tip Get the wireless keyboard it makes life much simpler.

This was a good TV box until I started having problems. I upgraded the box to Kodi 18 and now I can't download any thing on it. If you can't download it it won't install. I contacted the support department for their company and they emailed back telling me to look for builds for kodi 18 only.What did he think I was doing. I'm smart enough to know that a kodi 17 build won't install on kodi 18. With their support I can see why you don't offer this item anymore. I'm sure this company has other android devices but because of their support I can't recommend this company.

Works as advertised. Easy to set up and works well. This is a great device want to buy a few more when they are back in stock

The remote does not work properly, I have to click it several times for it to activate the icons. When I go into Netflix or Amazon Video I am unable to scroll the site for movies. This box will be returned if they can't give me a solution on how to make it work in my Netflix app. I emailed the company and waiting for a reply
