But still maybe the olive oil can cause an stain in the cover. Overall great quality and is very soft!!! **Q: Is that mattress protector is thin?** A: Yes, it’s pretty thin. I think I read one review that said it was about 1/2 inch thick, but it’s more like 1/4 inch or thinner. But it’s a mattress protector, not a “pillow top” mattress pad. **Q: Is it breathable? My son tends be warm when he sleeps; will this make him sweat?** A: Hi, Thx for your inquiry. Our protectors are very breathable! **Q: My mattress is very heavy, do i have to lift it and zip the mattress cover onto my mattress?** A: My bamboo mattress cover only covers top and sides it is not the kind you put your mattress in and zip up . I love mine ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ 작은 긁힘에도 쉽게 망가짐 *by B***E on 23 April 2026* 며칠만에 실밥?이 엄청 올라옴 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Calidad, textura rica no suena a plástico *by V***A on 1 July 2026* La entrega fue rápida. I was hesitant to buy a waterproof one though as I’ve had a waterproof mattress protector in the past and it was awful and plasticky and made lots of noise whilst making me sweat to death! Not this one. It couldn’t be more opposite. There is no noise from it, no extra heat produced by it, it’s an extremely well made, quality piece. Having said that, I wouldn’t know how waterproof it is, as I didn’t buy it for that being the main reason. I just liked the fact it was bamboo and deep enough for my bed, and a good price of course. It is just a bonus with the added protection if anything is spilt etc. It has washed well and it hasn’t shrunk at all. I also worried that it could come out melted from the heat of the wash, as I’ve had that happen experience too, but thankfully it didn’t! I may get a few more of them for backups and other beds in the house. ## Frequently Bought Together - PlushDeluxe Premium Bamboo Mattress Protector – Queen Size, Waterproof, & Ultra Soft Breathable Noiseless Washable Bed Mattress Cover for Comfort & Protection - White - Queen Size 4 Piece Sheet Set - Comfy Breathable & Cooling Bed Sheets Set - Hotel Luxury Bedding for Women, Men, Kids & Teens - Deep Pockets, Easy Secure Fit, Soft and Wrinkle Free - Oeko-Tex - White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/310766657-premium-bamboo-mattress-protector-waterproof-and-ultra-soft-breathable-bed](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/310766657-premium-bamboo-mattress-protector-waterproof-and-ultra-soft-breathable-bed) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
