LunchBots Medium Uno Stainless Steel Kids Bento Box 1-Section Aqua 20oz

This is my second time purchasing this item. I bought the first one last year for my oldest child and we are using it again this school year. I bought a second one for my second born. We use this as a sandwich box and haven't had a single problem. The quality and durability is good enough for my 6 yr old not to destroy it. The lid is easy to take off by an adult or child. I can't say if it's leak-proof because I haven't store liquid in it, but it does seem to have a tight fit and keeps the sandwiches fresh.

This is the perfect size for my 1st grader’s lunch. I think this is more versatile than the container with one big section. If my kid wants a whole sandwich, I can fit half a sandwich in each section. If she wants half a sandwich plus something else like chips, the divider keeps everything neat. This container isn’t leakproof, so it’s not meant for wet items. With a little practice, my 6 year old was able to open the lid herself without the contents of the container flying all over the place. We got the container with the colored lid (which is cute), but if I had to do it over again, I’d buy just the plain lid without the plastic colored attachment. The plastic part doesn’t really serve any function and is just one extra piece to wash (I remove it from the metal lid when washing because water will get between the metal lid and plastic attachment and I’m worried mold will develop inside).

I still have my first containers which I bought back in 2012. They still looks great, I hand wash them every time and use baking soda once in a while if they become discolored from an apple for example. Time came for new ones since my kids grew and eat a lot I bought additional 6, so I have a total of 14 + 5 thermoses. Love lunchbots and love the idea of no plastic touching my food.

Found the partition isn’t leak proof, after I received it. Semi solid foods on either side of the partition might slightly leak to the other side. So I returned this product. Overall it seems to be a solid piece, just that it didn’t work for me.

Loved the size of the compartments and stainless steel, but my 4 year old couldn’t open this by herself without a meltdown, so it just wasn’t for us.

I don't bring sandwhiches to work a lot but it firts my bagel in the mornings that I bring a bagel so that's nice.

I kind of couldn't believe I was spending this much on a single food container, but I'm really happy with my purchase. It is the perfect size for my needs and my food stays fresh. I typically use it for a sandwich made with Oroweat bread and it fits perfectly. I've had no problems with the lid coming off, and it is dishwasher safe. I like that I can put it in my lunch bag with a freezer gel pack and my sandwich stays cold.

I use this for sandwiches on the go. I stopped using plastic almost a year ago and was having a hard time finding something like this to replace the plastic bags / containers. Im happy I came across this

Diese Boxen aus Edelstahl sind für uns so viel besser als die Plastikboxen. Essen bleibt nach Stunden Geschmacksneutral. Flüssigkeiten gehören aber nicht rein, die würden auslaufen. Größe ideal für Kindergarten- und Grundschulkinder (passt perfekt in die Rucksäcke bzw. ins Brotdosenfach), Aufteilung passt für uns. Wir haben seit über fünf Jahren noch zwei weitere dieser Größe in Trio, der farbige Plastikaufsatz ist bei einem zwar schon etwas abgebrochen, aber die Boxen sind immer noch super stabil! Sind sehr zufrieden!
