what size pick guard should i get?

Most Fender's do not need a pick guard. All the electronics are pre-installed in that plastic piece. You could upgrade the guitar by purchasing pre-assembled pieces like if you wanted to use EMG or Seymour Duncan branded pickups, simply get the whole electronic unit and just replace the factory one. no wiring no fuss. :)

DCan you tighten the tuners with a screw driveroes it come with a case?

Yes, but you also a adjustable wrench, or nutdriver to complete adjustable of tuners on your guitar.

Why does amazon say these are made in indonesia when they're actually made in china? photos & specs say made in indonesia. this is misleading

"Fender" Squiers can be made in China or Indonesia. I own both, and both are equal quality. Some of the China mades are actually made in Taiwan, including their top of the line models (classic vibes) and some Affinity models. Even some actual Fender models are made in China, but no current models
