Why would you buy it on amazon when it's cheaper at Walmart?

I love this scent, but the last 3 had no fragrance. Is this becoming the norm? Seems quite a few people have had the same problem.

Is this a real little plastic jar or a cardboard freshener?

Is it safe to light these in my moving car?
