It’s useless product and if you tried to return it you will not be able to return it am not recommended this product to purchase it it’s a waste of moneyVery bad experience

Pros:- the lavender insert smells lovely- it is comfortable- relaxing- the price is great- adjustable head strap- easy to useCons:- sometimes the cord can be annoying- only 3 time settings (20mins, 40mins, 60mins)- only 3 heat settings (high, medium, low) I feel as if the highest option should be hotter than it is- the longer I’ve had it, it seems to be slightly less effective than day 1 (I’ve had it for a month now and use it almost a couple times everyday)* To be fair, I didn’t buy this for relaxation or sleep, which it’s actually pretty good for! I bought this as a remedy for getting rid of sty’s on the eyelid and the temperature needs to be quite high for it to actually be affective. It does help if you put a bit of pressure on the mask while in use, but if you’re buying it for the same reason as me, I’d maybe look for something else.

I really was so excited to open this up and use it, so I did. I used it for 3 minutes the first time, just to see how it all worked. Then in the evening, I came back to use it as intended and I felt a “shock” like when you rub your feet on the carpet and touch a person shock. I thought it was due to me using a tissue as a liner to protect the silk from my greasy eyes so I removed it and tried again. I got another shock and ripped it off my face. I’m scared to try this again so I’ll be returning it tomorrow. I’m disappointed to say the most, it worked for the short minutes I had it, my eyes were glassy ✨

I jokingly call this my forehead heating pad because I use it to help when sinus and migraine pain is starting. Easy to use, love the timer and adjustable heat aspects. Will have to look some day for rechargeable ones as I use this when I lie down and don't want to have to buy a new one if something happens to the cord. Cord is similar to earphone cords.

My initial mask only worked for a few months. I had written a review on here stating what happened and was contacted by customer service from the Aroma Season company. I didn't enquire about a refund or replacement but was pleasantly surprised to hear from the company. I received a replacement in just a few days. They responded immediately to my emails which was great.

My Aroma Season Eye Mask was delivered on 21 August 2020. I ordered the product as the doctor prescribed hot fomentation as a remedy for dry eyes. The product comes with a 1-year warranty claim.The mask was used by me for exactly 20 days. After that half of the right side of the mask stopped heating up. I contacted both the seller STS Shop and also the Manufacturer Aroma Season multiple times. Nothing helped. They replied with canned responses that the return date is past and nothing could be done even though the product was non-returnable from day 1.So now I am stuck with a mask that worked only for 20 days, the warranty does not have any meaning and the thing is pretty much not useful anymore.
