Pleased with item but was unable to operate as wrong bulbs were provided.
I am happy with lamp but unfortunately was unable to operate as wrong bulbs were supplied. Fortunately I had a bulb which had the correct fitting and now operating correctly. It would be a nice gesture if I could receive the correct bulbs.

Failed after 6 weeks
The lamp was perfect until 6 weeks on and then the bulb blew and now won’t work with any lamps

Beautiful and calming sunset glow
This crystal rock lamp is such a nice addition to my room and it is gorgeous with and without the light inside. I love that I can adjust the brightness and I now always sleep with the calming warm glow.It was so easy to set up as well everything was set up within about 2 mins of me opening the box.Such a good purchase.

I don’t know who to message but I got my salt lap and the plug and the light bulb isn’t Turing on the salt rock is completely fine however the light will not turn on can I have some help with this ??
