it puts out very little shampoo and took longer to use than by just squeezing shampoo in my hands and lathering it up on my dogs. I have big German shepherds, 110 lbs and 80 lbs, and they are always trying to escape the tub. I was hoping that this would help since i have to let go of the dogs to get more shampoo and they always try to jump out of the tub, the boy is more successful then the girl since he bigger, with this I was hoping that i could hold on with one hand and then shampoo with the other. The dogs do like the massaging feel of it but i wish it dispensed the shampoo better.

If you practice installing the cap a few times before filling it with soap you save your self a mess. Easy to use, don't fill up all the way or it gets hard to squeeze shampoo out. My dogs love it! Don't set it down bristles down it will make a mess lol... only reason I'm giving it a 4 stars is because it really should have a line showing how high to fill with soap to prevent people from getting disappointed... I have 3 three dogs so I got to try many techniques "first time" using it.

Well I didn't get the one of the first few pictures which is the one I wanted. The one I did get is the one in the last few pictures. It is useless besides being a bath brush and even that sucks(pardon my language). Filling is a breeze until you have to put the base back on. That becomes the tricky part. After watching their youtube video on how to use the product it still ended up with me covered in soap and the brush nearly empty. It does a good job a collecting the loose hair in the shower and helps sud the soap. When you're done, cleaning it is nearly impossible. I've trying spraying it out and I've tried letting it sit and dry(this is the best way). Both were a chore. Overall, I reccomend another brush.

I wash my dog about once a month and always struggle with getting shampoo on her (she wants to bolt if I take my hands off her for a second). I tried this product out and not only did it make the bath SO much easier, but our dog LOVED the process. It must have felt like a massage for her. The amount of shampoo that it holds will probably last for at least 5 baths, although I'm tempted to empty it out and use it dry because she likes it so much. The shampoo doesn't drip out when not in use either. It's made from rubber, not plastic, so it's very sturdy. Does not feel cheap at all. Hoping this will last a lifetime! Awesome new product!!!

Thankful this didn't cost very much as it was a total waste of money. Nearly impossible to get the pieces back together once you put the shampoo in and then I couldn't get the shampoo to come out when bathing our dogs.

The product I received had a rubber handle that does not open at the top. You have to take off the scrubber part and load from there, then get the scrubber back on without spilling all the stuff you had to clumsily put in an upside down handle.
