Panadol, Paracetamol Caffeine Pain Relief Tablets 500mg/65mg, Red,14 Count

I am a retired pharmacy Technician, first things first1. Size 16 pks and only 2 sold at a time is the law in UK GSL on box ( general sales list)2. LARGER size packs 32 marked P for pharmacy or POM ( prescription only medication)3. Up to a Hundred can be bought in a pharmacy with Drs & Pharmacist consent. ie long term chronic pain relief such as the Fybromyalgia and 5 Degerated lower discs I suffer from. (Bought these as I couldn't get out and cheapest)4. Paracetamol only comes in one strength unless it has another pain killer added to it such as Codiene.5. Caffiene hardly makes any difference to paracetamol at all. Try taking them plain with a very strong mug coffee, whilst the paracetamol takes away the pain the caffeine makes you feel more awake making you " think" They are stronger.6. Taking 1- 2 paracetamol every 4-6 HRS IN 24 HRS, regularly is only way to keep pain at bay when needed.7. ALWAYS CONSULT DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING ANY NEW MEDICATION EVEN PARACETAMOL AS IT'S VERY EASY TO OVERDOSE ON THESE TABLETS EVEN BY ONE.HOPE THIS HELPS EVERYONE

Have been buying Panadol soluble for a long time now but last order put in for two of these as though smaller packaging were same colour but found they were the large tablets which I can’t swallow. And soluble work so much quicker and only one that gives slight relief to PHN ( post hermetic neuralgia ) that you get after having shingles at late age ( told permanent now) you can’t return medical things so will give to neighbour as they are good. But if you don’t like swallowing tablets soluble are better get in system quucker(& have been told ok to take two or three doses day I have for last 5 years as shingles pain is awful. I never knew about shingles vaccination which I advise everyone to get if you have ever had chicken pox ( they are linked) and believe me shingles pain is excruichiating)

Whenever really ill, I like to get something with a bit stronger to get me through it and I find with cold and flu tablets I get bad heartburn and it doesn’t help. These I find to be great, they are easy on the stomach and easy to swallow. Normal paracetamol doesn’t seem to hit the spot quite like these, I’m not sure if it’s the added caffeine that helps perk me up or the ingredients but they always seem to work quicker and relieve issues.I would recommend these for anyone who can take them :)

Since buying these for some reason they have blocked me from, having any more. I only had two packs which I fully know is the Government limit.I have never had a reason why I cannot re-order. They just say 0. That is it. I think I am entitled to an answer. I am suffering from severe pain due to nurses having applied steroids to my ankle and then wrapped in bandages. This has caused severe burnt skin and it is raw. I am not a keen pill taker and only have a 5mg blood pressure tablet from doctor. I am genuinely suffering severe pain and burning.

I use this product for my pain in my legs as it works and never fails.E.Herron
