KC 6300 Universal Wire Hider (3 Feet)

This is the easiest and best way (in my opinion) to hide wires going up to your roof rack or light bar. I am using this wire hider to run wires up to my roof rack for camp lights. Install was super easy. I simply measured and cut the wire hider using scissors pretty close to the size I needed. Then I lined it up on my windshield and trimmed it to the perfect size I wanted. I prepped the glass by cleaning it with the provided alcohol wipes, applied the 3m tape to the wire hider and then stuck it onto the windshield. After it’s mounted you can easily insert wires and also remove them as needed. I’ve had the wire hider on my vehicle for about 4 months now and I have no complaints. It blends in very well and most people don’t even notice it on the windshield until I point it out.

Looks part of the vehicle very OEM , just wish the double sided tape was a bit stronger. Overall looks great .

The wire worked great on my 4Runner. I have lights on the roof rack and this made it possible with drilling any holes. It sticks very well.

Highly recommended product and seller. I purchased two and am very satisfied with the results achieved. I added addition sealant. I washed and am happy with adhesion. It stays put and has worked well hiding windshield wires on a 23 Toyota 4Runner and 2024 Subaru Crosstrek (pictured). Would buy again if required and have recommended.

Used this to hide the wires for a dash cam in a Wrangler. The three foot length of the hider is perfect for my application. The only downside I faced was the adhesive channel is as shallow as the tape is thick so that i double-stacked the 3M adhesive tape (after a pre-treatment with 3M 4298UV Adhesion Promoter - Tape Primer). I removed the passenger's side sun visor mounting bracket to run the wire hider along the windshield frame, then replaced it before the primer had set, cinching the wire hider even more snugly in place in the upper corner. The wire hider is exactly what I wanted to secure the wires from the dash cam.

Perfect fit and it looks great. Very easy install.

Works f****** awesome. Just make sure that you've got it the exact length you want and where you want. Because its staying there.

The overall build quality is actually very good and the wiring harness itself seems well made. However, I ended up not using it for my setup. On my roof rack I run several lights and antennas, so I needed something that could route multiple cables together. The opening where the wires pass through is quite small, and realistically you can only fit one or maybe two cables if you’re also using proper protective sleeves. If you just need to route a small number of wires, it should work perfectly fine. But if you’re planning to run several cables to the roof like I am, this probably isn’t the best option. I didn’t return it because it’s still a well made piece and I’ll likely find another project where it can be useful. I just wish the opening diameter was larger, because that would make it much more versatile.
