But after I went to use this the second time the spring mechanism wouldn't open enough to accommodate the width of the iPad and it would shoot the iPad out onto the floor multiple times. Only good for the first use. Obviously most people are going to have a protective cover and so glad I did havea good one or my screen would be broken. Now that I know this, I can't return it. Replace spring with a hand adjustable winding mechanism to accommodate the various widths of iPads and their covers.
