I couldn't be happier with this receipt printer! It was very easy to set up and worked well right out of the box. The first couple of times I printed, it fed about 8 inches of paper before printing the receipt.I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely phenomenal. They responded in less than 24 hours and immediately offered to help troubleshoot the issue. I was incredibly impressed by how attentive and responsive they were. Even after I suspected the problem might be related to the software I was using, they didn't just stop there—they continued following up and working with me until we identified the correct settings.Now the receipts print perfectly every time!It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products with this level of customer support. Between the quality of the printer and the exceptional customer service, I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for a reliable receipt printer backed by a company that truly cares about its customers.
