These are nice and tight. I'm still recovering from a broken ankle so I got these to kind of hold everything together after I got the cast off. These are comfy to wear during the day but too tight to sleep.in. they fir fi e with shoes. As far as value goes they should come in a pair but they don't.

I've worn these for 15+ years and have never had an ankle injury while I wear them. I have a misplaced ligament in my ankle that results in a ton of pain if I overwork. If I'm running or playing sports I wear one on both ankles as a precaution. If I'm feeling pain in my problem ankle I'll just wear one. Either way this is something I absolutely swear by. I've owned probably 12-15 of these over the years due to misplacing or overuse and I'd recommend getting at least one if you're on the fence. Perfect precautionary prosuct
