Escape Fitness Deck V2.0 Workout Platform or Adjustable Bench - Black/Green

I bought this at the suggestion of a friend who knew I was looking for a bench but wanted to save some space. This fit the bill perfectly!Straight out of the box, the bench was absolutely hassle-free (bonus for me!). There are no instructions, but it's user-friendly enough that you can figure it out.The construction is well-built, and it's heavy enough so that it doesn't budge. Also, there are grips at the bottom of the legs to keep you in place.The side levers to pull the legs down required a little bit of an effort for me. I had to manually tug at it to get it to release, but it was fine once it came out and snapped into place. I love that I can use this as a bench, but also as a step for other exercises (aerobic) if I wanted to. Again, it's so versatile!I especially love that I can adjust the seat to 3 different heights AND that there's storage! I keep my bands in the compartment and this thoughtful detail is just another great bonus.We're mindful of space, so the portability is a total win. I just pick it up and lay it vertically against the wall when I'm done with my workout. This was one of the best purchases for our "home gym."

Ottima panca da avere in casa, è molto robusta ed il suo peso lo fa capire. Credo che per chi si allena in casa sia una strumento indispensabile è fatta molto bene e curata nei dettagli. Lo consiglio

Lieferung war Top, das Gerät wiegt mit Paket etwa 15kgDas Gerät erscheint solide aus hochwertigem Kunststoff, es gibt eine rutschfeste Oberfläche und zwei Höhen, es kann auch schräg genutzt werden, es gibt runde Ausnehmungen für Seile oder Bänder um diverse Übungen anzuwenden, eignet sich super zum Steppen, Liegestütze, Hantelübungen,...usw.Es gibt seitlich Griffe um die Füße zu lockern und unten eine Art Noppen welche mit je zwei seitlichen Schnappern einhalten.Hier befindet sich die Schwachstelle, diese nutzen sich extrem schnell Ab, leider gibt es hier keinen Hebel, ich vermute das je nach Verwendung das Gerät an sich bei täglicher Benutzung wahrscheinlich 10 Jahre hält, die Nopen zum einlassen der Füße an der Unterseite werden eher bei dieser Frequenz eine Lebensdauer von 1-3 Monaten haben. Man kann sich vorstellen wie sich das auf 10 Jahre auswirken wird diese zu ersetzen...Da sehe ich dringenden Nachbesserungsbedarf der Firma.Dennoch würde ich es kaufen, der Preis von ca. 160€ ist stolz, ich hoffe bei einem Nachfolgemodel wird diese einzige Schwäche eliminiert. Das Gerät wäre dann vollkommen!Kauf Empfehlung gibt es definitiv!, Die Noppen sollte man auswechseln können, es sind 2 Befestigungsschrauben Sichtbar. This workout bench is everything to me. A versatile piece of equipment. There’s so many different things/exercises to do on it. The design is very sturdy, the weight and thickness means I can exercise on the deck without worry there’ll be movement. Great value for money as well. I highly recommend this workout deck!
