Q: what is the weight limit on this deck? would like to use it for weight training as well but want to stay safe

I found in the literature, max weight is 375lbs.. but it feels like it handle much more weight to me.

Q: Is this comfortable for your back? Can you do skull crushers? I’m on the short and light side if that makes a difference.

Yes you can do skull crushers. It’s not padded, but there is some rubber grip to the center part of the bench. I haven’t used it for crushers myself, as I typically do them on the floor, but you definitely could.

Q: How many positions for the back rest? I noticed the reebok one had three (not including flat) and this one seemed like two? Can someone confirm? Thx!

This has 3 inclined positions beyond the flat - so yes, 3 positions for the back rest just as with the reebok model.
