I keep it in my bag to warm up before a round. Helps get a good smooth feel and gets the muscles going.

It is not as flexible but still a very good Golf Swing training tool. It will assist with foundational skills and fitness that would be hard to replicate in any other manner. First, muscle strength and flexibility (range of motion). Also the swing plane, swing motion balance, footwork and rhythm.As a retired Physical Educator and Coach when I saw the far more expensive type which I tried at a Pro Shop I knew the value and I wanted one, though I didn't want to pay the high price of that one. The more expensive one I would have bought if I was younger as it has some additional qualities that would serve the user beyond this one. This one fully serves my needs and probably most golfers!

The product does address the tempo issue. It is well made and durable. The only problem for me is that the shaft is too "whippy". I would have preferred a somewhat stiffer shaft.

Highly impressed with this swing trainer, as a beginner golfer I’ve already had coworkers and friends tell me I’m improving on my swing just after 1 week of using it daily. It really helps loosen you up, and make swinging a club feel more fluid, especially for someone new to the game when your golf swing feels unnatural. Great workout as well, I can feel myself working golf muscles my body’s not use to using. 10/10

I guess it does what is supposed to do stretching your muscles and warming up your golf swing, but not so much for me.I ordered this item after using a friend’s club and felt the positive feedback after a few warmup swings. However the model I ordered and received was nowhere near what I had expected.The problem is that club I was sent must have been a “womens” model. Honestly, the grip size was not a standard men’s grip, it had to be a ladies grip size and also the thing felt too flexible, like maybe for someone with a very slow swing speed or not having a lot of strength. I mean a regular mans hands will be too large to even hold onto this undersized grip and it felt like the shaft would snap if the club was swung with any velocity.I thought maybe I’ll go to my local golf shop and ask them to remove and install a regular size grip, at least I could grip it better. But the whippy shaft can’t change, in my opinion it is just too soft for swing speeds over 80 mph. Maybe a got the wrong one, but, the one I have gets 3 stars.I’m giving mine away to a junior golfer.

I'm not into swing aids because most are gimmicks but I swung a friends Orange Whip and it seemed to have some merit. I order this aid because it did the same thing at about 1/3 the price. In my opinion this is one of the best swing aids ever invented. I don't use it for tempo but to work my kinetic chain. Shot the best round I have in years after using it for just two days. This thing will definitely work the kinks out your swing. The only complaint I have is that at first the grip hurt my left hand fingers (I didn't use a glove) and could only swing it maybe 10 times before having to stop. After putting a little wear on the grip there's no more problem. I think the grip can be a little larger, seems a little too small but it still doesn't affect the use of this product.
