The sealing milk is prophylactically filled into the tube through the valve (in the case of tubeless tyres also directly into the not yet fully inflated tyre) and then seals the tube for up to 7 months. Whether you drive through shards, nails or sharp stones, whether directly in the tread or in the sensitive sidewall of the tyre, almost every hole is sealed securely within seconds. The liquid can also be used at sub-zero temperatures and does not lead to any imbalance in the tyre. A special antifreeze additive allows these sealants to be used in environments down to -35 °C maximum. As little as 59 millilitres of Stan′s Tyre sealant can immediately and permanently seal a hole of up to 6 millimetres in a standard or tubeless tyre. Does it go straight into the tube?** A: I guess you could use it for the purpose you’re looking for but this typically is for tires without inner tubes.
