Great tool for grilling out, especially for shrimp and veggies the small holes in it protects the food from falling through while it also makes the food come out Krispy and the non-stick is easy clean up.

Love this cast-iron griddle. Great for cooking many different things. Just remember, this is cast iron, and it is heavy. This is exactly what I needed, and it didn't disappoint. I highly recommend this griddle, and if in the future I want another one, I would definitely buy this one again.

I love this griddle a lot, but it does make me want an actual smooth flattop griddle. There’s one area on my griddle’s surface that has a slight raised blemish so when I scrape my spatula across it I hit it a lot and it’s nicked my spatula so often that it’s definitely going to cause me to need to replace said spatula a lot sooner than expected. It’s cast iron so I can’t really smooth it down or anything. You can see the cuts in the spatula’s edge where it’s hit the raised bit. Otherwise, it heats up quickly and retains that heat well. Burgers, french toast and steak; anything really cooks very well on this.

This is great! We use it all the time! It’s heavy duty but most cast iron is! Worth the money!

Not sure how pre-seasoned this griddle is. Everything sticks to it. Like stuck on so bad the food was almost inedable. And, we did grease the pan. Eggs were a disaster, pancakes too. The flat side is very textured instead of smooth so is that the reason for all the stuck on food? We won't be using it for those 2 items again, perhaps just meat. So, we were kind of disappointed in this item. We may try to season it again sometime. Sad it was a disappointment to try using..

This is awesome! I use it over my was cooktop and I love that it’s a two in one and just need to flip to the side needed. I’ve grilled chicken and turned out amazing!

Simple and easy to use. I find I am using this more than I ever thought I would. It simply sits on top of my existing "center burner", preheat a while and cook. Great for all kinds of cooking once you get use to the temperature control (which will probably vary based on your own center burner's size, BTU output, etc.). Like any cast iron it requires some care - but really no more or any different from any other cast iron. I did lightly season it before first use and clean it up if I do some messy cooking. It is not light but I don't find it that hard to clean, dry and then lightly heat and season with vegetable oil.
