My phone fell from the sink counter. I had set it down and as I reached for it, it fell maybe 2 1/2 feet to a tile floor. I watched it fall. It fell straight on the side with the buttons and shattered the tempered glass over the OLED panel. NOT the screen protector which was no longer installed. The screen still works but the cracks go over the keyboard area and fingerprint sensor so that swiping to text no longer works and the fingerprint reader fails. The screen never touched the floor. This is a problem with the case failing to absorb the impact.This is a failure of the case. The case is robust, comes in 2 hard parts that sandwich the phone and connect to each other, and a softer rubbery plastic piece that straps around and connects via channels on the hard plastic piece. Buttons very responsive, and has a flap over the charge port to add to water resistance, but none of that matters if it doesn't protect from minimal drops.I'm very disappointed. If not for my insurance plan, I'd be out a lot of $$ to buy a replacement. Instead I'm out the cost of the case which I will not be using anymore, and the deductible to replace the phone.

Doesn't fit by galaxy note 10+ as well as it should. I could feel my phone moving inside of the case. The rubber outer shell doesn't make that great of a seal either. Was always falling off. This case is huge by the way. Almost doubles the thickness of the phone. Felt like a brick in my pocket. Had to return it cuz of the fitment issue and over all very wonky feeling in my hands.

I had bought the turquoise case before and it fit perfect, button presses worked and everything. Because I loved the case so much that it was getting old and dirty I decided to buy the aqua this time. Came fast but the snap case part broke. The buttons weren't aligned so I couldn't even press anything. Not sure why this happened and it's the same maker 🤔 not so happy the 2nd time around.

I love these kind of cases. I had am temper glass on and took it off because I had to push so hard on my phone. I dropped my phone and had it not been for this phone case I think my phone would have cracked.

It was a little tight the first time I put it on the phone, but it fits snuggly and seems protective. The screen cover slide under the edge just fine, so I'm happy with how this case came together.

I gave it 3 stars because when I have the case on, the part that is over the power button on the left side is not catching it. Like it's not wide enough. So it's annoying that I have to play around with it just to get it to work right. Other than that, I like the case. Just wish the side button area of the case worked better.

Built like an otter box! I was super impressed with this case I purchased for my dad. It's sturdy, durable, and easy to hold.

This is the same design as the outterbox so my clip work like it came with it. The red stand out and it comfortable in my hand. The outterbox pad is a little bit more thick than this generic brand as you can see in the photo.

Just received this case today. Very impressed with it. Definitely looks like it will protect your phone all around. Even if you were to drop your phone screen down on a flat surface, this case would probably keep it from a cracked or smashed screen. Only bad thing I can see is, once your phone is in the case, good luck trying to get it back out. Otherwise, excellent protection for your investment/phone.
