Smaller versions of these do not produce enough light and are more effective as nightlight, not as under-the-counter lighting. These larger units work well and provide the lighting you need in a kitchen. you can pretty much stick them up anywhere you can think of motion detection is quite well.

The areas under my kitchen cabinets are so dark! These lights are the perfect solution. Easy to install, LED rechargeable so you don't have cords everywhere, and the best part...there are 3 different light "types" and 3 different brightnesses. I have warm lights in my kitchen and other lights like this that I've tried are bright white which looks so bad with the warm lighting in the kitchen. Not only can I set this to a warm light, but it also has cold white & natural white settings as well. Other brands say their light is warm, but if the lumens are aver 3000k, it will be an off color from typical warm LED light bulbs. The great part is they tell you the lumens for each color so you know what you are getting! (cold white = 6500K, Natural = 5500K, Warm = 2700K).It does warn on the website that if you put the lights too close to each other there is a possibility that the motion sensor will not work for both. I put them under L-shaped cabinets and they work great. No issue with the motion sensor function. Oh, and you can turn the motion sensor function off as well if you need to. Overall one of the best purchases I've made for my home in a while!!

I have purchased other LED lights before but bought these ones hoping they would be brighter. They are not brighter than lights that have lower lumens.The button system on the side is a bit confusing so you have to look up the instructions whenever you want to change the settings.The magnet is weak and the metal strip that comes with the light is flimsy and does not adhere to surfaces well.Despite the many flaws, I gave it three stars because it wasn't very expensive, it emits light, the motion detection works, and the battery life is good.Update:The seller reached out and the customer service was exceptional. I decided to update to four stars.

We were looking for a motion sensing light for our newly remodeled butler pantry. We wanted something we did not need to plug in. It is to be set up over a counter with a toaster, coffee maker, etc., so it needed to be somewhat bright. We ordered a different set of light similar to this on Amazon but they just weren't bright enough. They were more like an accent lights. We returned those and ordered this set. They are perfect! Bright enough for our needs and the charge has lasted us WEEKS. They are finally starting to dim a bit, but with the magnetic mount and USB charging cord it is very easy to pull them down, recharge them, and replace them. I would buy these again in a heartbeat.

I think these lights are fantastic!They are very bright, and the application is SUPER easy. You just peel the plastic off of the magnet strip, put it on whatever surface you'd like this light to be on, and voila!I previously bought the 3-pack of slightly smaller lights of this same design, but now I'll exclusively buy these larger ones. They are a good deal brighter, and the battery is a bit longer lasting than the smaller ones.Right now I have them lighting up my outdoor shed, which works perfectly. In a month and a half, I've needed to charge them once. They turn on almost as soon as there is any movement, and I never have to worry about them turning off again (they do so automatically after 20 seconds or so).I intend to purchase these again, and have started to install them around the house. I no longer use the light switch in the laundry room because these work perfectly for closets and smaller spaces.

The media could not be loaded.  Love these light bars. They have great motion detection and are plenty bright for my needs. I also have a wired light in this room, I left it off for the video. A 5 year old could mount these things, just peel and stick the metal strip, the light is magnetic. If the electricity goes out these are rechargeable with the provided USB cord. The far 4 have been up for a month and still going strong. The 2 pk they are sold in is awesome since I needed multiple.... 5 stars, highly recommend.....

Worked fine 15 months, and after that stopped working, cannot recharge them.

The charge lasts a couple of months - even with every-day use. Bright and sensitive to motion. I ended up buying more. I use them in the food pantry, clothes closet and even in my barn.Well worth the money.

Bought these to add a light to a locker. Motion activation works as described. Perfect for my needs

These lights are so practical for under kitchen cabinets. I had bought some that required 8 AAA batteries each and they didn't last more than 5 days. I haven't installed them yet but even if I need to recharge weekly I am saving money. They charged within 2 hours out of the box. Will update when I install them. By the way, instructions for various settings are on each unit and are easy to understand.

Initially seemed to work well but now lo longer charge and unusable. Complete waste of money.
