Rendering it completely useless. Have tried everything. Have double frequency on my virgin modem, 2.4 & 5 so not this.Not plug and play and have literally sat for hours trying over and over.Return raised - mainly to stop me launching it at a wall in sheer frustration!!!

Wont connect to wifi even turned off my 5hz and set it at 2.4hz still nothing!!
