I'm not sure what's going on but I bought this in January 2022 and used it a few weeks ago for the first time. The color did not stick and my grey showed up right away. I'm now headed to Sally Beauty since it does not appear this is working with my Demi color (which I've used many times before).

Great value. Healthy for hair.

The first time I had this done was when I was in Scotland and the hairdresser used it there. Great product! So I purchased this with the Wella colour line and did it myself during the pandemic. However, this picture is with the Farmavita colour line and I mixed with a 5.0 Light Brown. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this and it covers those silvers well! This is my new 'go to' and I'm ordering it again! Thank you Wella for such a superb product.

I meant to get 1.9% - gentler, less permanent. The bottle was compromised in shipping although well-packed. Amazon issued refund. Product line has beautiful colors. Mix and experiment with colors using 1.9% before using 4% or keep using 1.9% for ultra glossy results.

Wella is a Great Brand. I can recommend it

Product sent me must’ve been expired because it didn’t work at all, the 1.7 I have worked better.
