Cute but hard to put together
really cute but holes werent drilled quite even so had to fix that, then the posts in the feet/legs seem to be in crooked (& no way to adjust those) & was really hard to line up to attach, it seems very slightly lopsided but not enough for me to return & try again. otherwise if youre willing to put in extra effort its really cute, seat seems a bit hard but its not like a kid will be rocking in it for hours at a time. the song that plays when you press the ear keeps repeating, doesnt seem to stop & no way to turn it off except press the other ear to make it say a saying & then it stops.

The song stops working even after battery change--but still love it
I would like to figure out how to get customer support to let me mail it back so I can get the wiring repaired. We LOVE this Rockin Rider plush baby rocker. EXTREMELY sad the song doesn't play anymore after 1 year of owning it and only about 10 uses.When you squeeze one ear the toy say things like "you're my favorite rider" and other cute stuff. When you squeeze the other ear it sings a song...that song is the best part and it's not working anymore! Battery's changed twice but problem not corrected. Customer support should publish a phone number so I can get it fixed right away.

Tough to build
It was extremely difficult to assemble. The metal rods on the bottom of the horse feet that went into the base were not straight. We had to physically bend each one which was extremely difficult and almost resulted in us returning it. The package it came in had an enormous hole in it. They used a lot of tape to patch the hole. My son likes it and that is what matters most.

Cool toy but one of the ears broke shortly after assembling.
It was a little hard to assemble but my kid enjoys it.

Horse sound was not great
The horse sound was pretty bad. But my grandson loved it.

So cute!
Got this for a 1 1/2 year old and was perfect size for her. She loves getting on and off and loves rocking. The ears have buttons to push for music and horse sounds. I love the backing on this to give her extra support while she is rocking. Soft furry material just adds to her comfort while she is on horse. Perfect for her age group.
