Q: I found some parts missing from the package, but I have almost finished the installation, what should I do?

When I installed it, I found that I was missing a foot tube screw. I contacted their after-sale mailbox. They soon sent me a spare screw pack. I love my bike now!

Q: My front foot tube won't fit. The holes don't match. It's blocked by the resistance bands buckle.

hi,please confirm: 1. Have you connected the two heart rate wires on the back of the monitor to the 2 wires on the armrest? Is the heart rate displayed normally? 2. Have you connected the round hole plug on the half of the speed cable to the speed hole on the back of the monitor? 3. When installing the main frame, have you connected the ports at both ends of the speed cable passing through the main frame? If you confirm that the connection is correct, please take a picture of the back of the monitor for me, If there are still problems, I will give you the corresponding solutions. have a nice day
