Really nice ground fennel
Really nice ground fennel. Old India stuff is great.

Aromatic and tasty
The aroma when I opened the packet was delicious and the product seemed really fresh. I like to add it to breadcrumbs when coating prawns or chicken goujons. Very tasty.

EXCELLENT QUALITY, LONG USE BY DATE, FINELY GROUND, SMELLS WONDERFUL AND TASTES HEAVENLY!.
Title says it all really. I love anything aniseedy and, of course, Fennel is best mates with pork, poultry, fish and figures in many cuisines. A great substitute if you run out of Thai basil. I like the powder for when I'm making pork or chicken meatballs, burgers and sausages. Easier to get a much more even distribution through the mix.The aroma's already filled my spice and herb cabinet, it's a really good quality product, great value for money and I couldn't resist dipping my finger in and tasting.Even raw, it has the most wonderful warm and slightly sweet taste.Would I buy again? Too right, I would👌👍!

Slow Curry ingredient
A staple for me. Can’t make my signature curry without this. Try it. There’s no going back once you do.Tip - use whole nigella seeds too and curry leaves. Heaven.No. Not with ready made paste. And for gods sake take time over your onions! A curry is only as good as the time it took to soften the onions. Slowly does it.
