Worked Grwat!
Works great! Tuned my daughter's piano that would've cost me more than triple the price of this kit. Not the longest handle on the wrench but still works very well

For the money, it gets the job done fine...
The tuning lever is really short which makes it harder to adjust the tuning pegs and I found it to be particularly challenging when tuning an old Baldwin grand where one key had a sticky pin and I really couldn't get the unison tuned as well as I would like. The temperament strips included with this kit are a bit on the thick side and you should toss them in with the wash several times before you use them. Because of how I tune, I don't use the temperament strips. I found the 6 rubber mutes to be pretty decent. 4 are just wedges but two are on wire shafts. However, depending on your level of aural perception training, you might be better off with felt wedges as a beginner. And, TBH, I tuned two pianos with the included lever before buying an apprentice grade one with a star socket for around $70. Still, the one with this kit will stay in my bag in case I ever run into a piano with pins too large for a #2 socket because it is pretty sloppy on a modern standard 7mm pin. Not so bad you'll round the pins because it is a square socket but still...If you just want to tune your own piano, this kit will help you get the job done and get you close enough for jazz. But I am trying to do it as a side gig and the lever in this kit just doesn't cut it.

Easy to use, good quality parts.
I watched some YouTube videos about how to tune pianos and was inspired to give it a try but I did not want to invest too much into it. I was pleasantly surprised with these tools. They are sturdy and do the job. I was able to tune a full-size upright piano that is over 100 years old.

Did what it was intended to do.
I'm a musician, but have no experience tuning a piano. I was able to tune my piano using these tools. I think the only quibble I have is that the tuning hammer is a little too short, would be easier to get more torque if it was a bit longer. Regardless, it works, I just had to put a little more effort in.

Okay for the price, but you should really consider a nicer set
Ive never tuned a piano before, so this was a tentative purchase for me. I knew from other reviews that the wrench is too short, and found that they're absolutely correct. It's rather difficult to be accurate with this kit. In addition, the head is square, which really limits the position of the wrench. I will say that the mutes worked just fine. In a pinch, this kit can work, but if you're spending money to tune your piano, I'd really suggest spending the extra 10-20 bucks to get a nicer set.
