I also have heel spurs and run a before and after school program for 80 kiddos. This is a wicked combination for foot pain. Now obviously no sock can rectify all of the issues here, however when I put them on I get instant relief. They fit and wash well and I've not only ordered myself a second pair, I ordered one for my foot pain suffering friend in Chicago. I do try to sleep with them on but they can feel just a tad tight and I often remove them half way through the night. They work well under normal socks and all in all I say they are going to be crucial in helping me do the important work I do! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Decent temporary solution *by U***L on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 6, 2017* I bought these as a recommendation from a fellow ultra-runner to help alleviate my foot pain from Plantars Fasciitis. They work OK. The only reason it's an "OK" rating is that it's a temporary solution for a permanent problem...my heel/foot feels great while wearing it, but pain returns when I take it off. I also had some minor compartmentalizion troubles with my toes going to sleep if I wear it too long, so I don't wear it for more than 6 hours or so if I'm on my feet. I wouldn't recommend it for someone with poor circulation.Other than that, they get me through the nights during heavy training cycles and I wake up with less pain than if I don't wear it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Fits small. *by F***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 15, 2016* Sized small. I'm a 6 1/5 womens and ordered a medium, as that's what the size chart said. However, it fit okay on my slightly smaller foot, and much too tight on the other foot. It did help the smaller one, which is good, as that's the one I need the help with.It'll fit inside my boot just fine with a sock. There are others (braces mostly, and I don't really need that right now) that will not fit inside of a book with a sock. It wicks sweat well, so that's helpful, especially if you wear boots.This was good, but it didn't help me as much as I'd hoped. It fit well on one foot for about an hour. The other foot for about twenty minutes. Maybe I'm not supposed to wear them that long. I don't know.
