### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ YUMMMMY!  BUT . . .

This is very tasty, almost like a real chocolate shake, and definitely far better than the other Slim Fast flavors, including the dark chocolate.  However, as a full meal I found it greatly lacking.  When you're on a diet, you want FOOD, not a drink.  I find myself reaching for a hard-boiled egg and string cheese instead, even a Lean Cuisine frozen meal.  Perhaps this stuff would be better with regular milk instead of skim, I don't know, but to me, it's just not FOOD.
