Had this item bought about 3 years ago and bought another one now for my team member. Unfortunately it fall apart literally into pieces while using over 50 mm screws. Spoke with Makita in attempt to get to get it fixed or replaced but was informed by gentleman on the line that it's quite lengthy and complex process ( so nice to get honest opinion from employee so 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟to Him) and decided to send it back to Amazon as was still possible, who nicely accepted return.
