Q: Why are so many of the reviews for products other than this pillow?

I dunno. I haven’t reviewed the pillow but I do like it. Does it fix my neck problem not really, but does it exacerbate it like most other pillows? No.

Q: What is the backing made of? Is it soft and quiet or the vinyl/plastic backing that crinkles?

Very soft and very quiet. This is def one of my better investments in bedding. It feels very well made,not a cheap feeling at all
