The label says it has everything I need to prevent night-time cramps in my calf muscles. I usually take powdered rehydration sachets which stop it happening - this seems to provide a larger, cheaper supply of the same basic supplements. Early days but it does seem to be workingMy only issue is the size of the tablet, nearly 1cm in diameter and 5mm thick - if swallowing tablets of this size is no issue to you, they are probably very good

I have recently been plagued by severe leg cramps mostly by late afternoon/ evening. Started taking the recommended 2 tablet dose early morning- no more cramps. Despite heavy exercise on an exceedingly warm day, I only experienced a minor attack.The pills are small and easy to swallow.Highly recommended

they are so hard to swallow and start dissolving as soon as they hit your tounge and they taste disgusting.

Delivered quickly.Only taken for 2 days & already seen a difference, no cramping at all. I drink a lot of water & banana a day, it’s just not enough to stop cramps although I do sweat a lot.Will buy again.
