What is the height of the base? how much bigger is it than the lil kids version? is this too big for a 6 yr old?

about a foot and a couple inches to a half.. a challenge for a 6 year old but doable. It is adjustable a foot up or down.

How much sand do you need to fill

We filled ours with water. I am guessing that we added over 20 gallons. We thought of using sand but it seemed like it would take all day.

Can you take it apart to transport?

I think so. Yes. But I no longer have the box it came in.

Will this bag work for a 80 lb 4 ft tall 7 year old

This is the exact bag that the Rec center uses where my kids do taekwando. Kids as young as 6 years old are using this bag with no issues. My kids are 7 & 8 and I am buying this exact bag for them. The nice thing is it’s adjustable so even as they grow they can still use it.
