I brought this as I am following seed cycling for PCOD.Flaxseed the really good and one spoon of flaxseed is a good replacement for and Omega 3 capsule for vegetarians.Talking about the product is a really good product.It is really economic for me to buy a 1 kg packet.It came really nicely packed in a ziplock bag wrapped in saran wrap but I store it in an airtight container for lasting freshness.

I received it in well and vacuum packing. I found it better than available in market. Nice packing. only one advice I found some round little yellow seeds may be raee in the pack.

I regularly have flax seeds of other brands but this one when I had it bloated my stomach with severe stomach pain. I really felt like food poisoning. I dont know it was spoiled or something. We thrashed it after the first use.
