Excellent book
I’ve bought Ann Gravells books for many years now and have never been disappointed. They are so easy to read, find what you need using the index and provide so much valuable information. I’ve bought this book to help with my level 4 IQA studies but will always use it as a reference guide in my own assessment practice. I have the previous edition which is still probably 80% relevant but needed the most up to date information particularly when Harvard Referencing my assignments. If you are an Assessor, IQA or EQA this book is essential.
